DHTML - Translate cursor movement, 2001

Description

Written approximately 5 years ago, it remains an excellent example of my early passion for DHTML. Prior to 2001 DHTML was written only by a few enthusiasts, a good example being Brent Gustafson, the creator of the inspirational Assembler.org. Unfortunately the wonderful experiments in DHTML seem to have gone now.
